Your listening chair or desk: a serious headphone, perhaps a small power amplifier with speakers, and you want one box that is source, converter and volume knob at once. Hugo TT 2 is what a Hugo 2 becomes when it no longer has to fit in a pocket: the filter doubles, and in place of a battery there are six supercapacitors giving five amps when the music asks for it — which is why it drives a difficult headphone without hesitation, and a drum hit is a hit. The same filters and crossfeed as the Hugo 2, plus XLR and RCA outputs so it drives a BerTTi or TToby directly. Only DAVE stands above it; later an M Scaler can go in front. TT stands for Table Top: it stays home, on the mains — for the road there is the Hugo 2.
