Hugo M Scaler
De M Scaler is geen DAC en vervangt er ook geen — hij staat vóór de uwe en geeft die een beter signaal. Het filter met een miljoen taps komt rechtstreeks van de BLU MKII-transport: 1.015.808 taps tegenover 98.304 in een Hugo TT 2, en tegenover de 256 die een chip-DAC doorgaans haalt. Voer hem cd-resolutie en er komt 705,6 kHz uit; via de dubbele BNC-uitgang naar een Qutest, Hugo 2, Hugo TT 2 of DAVE wordt het 768 kHz, en om die combinatie draait het. Andere DAC's met een geschikte ingang winnen er ook bij, binnen wat ze kunnen decoderen. Zelfde voetafdruk als de rest van het Table Top-gamma, dus hij stapelt. Convectiegekoeld, 2,55 kg, afstandsbediening inbegrepen.
